Scope of works:
In anticipation of regulations governing the emissions of the vessel when operating in the North Sea, the vessel was to allow the Main Engine to primarily operate on Marine Gas Oil rather than Heavy Fuel Oil. It was necessary to modify the Main Engine Fuel supply pipe work to accommodate suction from the newly designated Main Engine MGO Service Tank.
The conversion of HFO Settling Tank to a Main Engine MGO Service Tank was also needed.
Installation a new MGO purifier booster pump with a variable speed motor in the Main Engine room.
All necessary series of check valves in the system were delivered and adapted to prefabricated pipe system. Pressure test was performed to ensure the safety, reliability and leak tightness of the new system

- replacement of the shell plates on bulb (app. 2 sqm),
- repairs of leakages between ballast tanks and wing tanks
- making of the small Megger test of main circuits,
- replacement of main switch on auxiliary engine,
- making of small carpentry and upholstery works.
